I’ve sat in your seat.

25+ years in FMCG. Category analyst. Head of Marketing. Global Innovation lead. Senior Category Manager. And now, the person helping commercial teams use AI in ways that actually hold up under pressure - at a range review, in a retailer meeting, on the morning a brief lands at 8am and needs to be ready by noon.

Most AI training is built by people who understand technology.

Pitchfork is built by someone who understands FMCG.

That's the difference that matters.

The experience behind the training.

I've spent three decades on both sides of the commercial relationship -- supplier and retailer. I know what a category manager needs to walk into a Woolworths meeting with confidence. I know what a brand team needs when the range review timeline just got cut in half. I know what it feels like to have the data but not the time to turn it into a story that lands.

That background is what makes Pitchfork's training different. Every prompt, every workflow, every example is built for the work you actually do - not a generic productivity use case that could apply to any industry.

Clients I've worked with include Woolworths, Unilever, Fonterra, Vitaco, Essity, ecostore, Dilmah, Pics Peanut Butter and Nibblish. Across New Zealand, Australia and Europe.

Making AI work for the real world

I train businesses and their teams to use AI strategically. Not for party tricks or replacing humans, but for the heavy lifting that's stealing your brain space.

Think of me as your AI translator. I take the overwhelm out of tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT and show you exactly how to:

  • Turn messy meeting notes into clear action plans

  • Wrangle an overloaded calendar & inbox to prioritise what matters most

  • Create virtual advisory boards to get unstuck when you're spinning your wheels

  • Handle the analytical heavy lifting of Category Reviews so you can spend more time on strategy & relationships

  • Build systems that actually stick

This isn't about jumping on the AI bandwagon.

It's about using these tools to solve real business problems and get your time back.

A bit more about me #pinkblazer

I'm based in Auckland, NZ. My day-to-day still involves commercial FMCG work, which means my training stays current. I'm not teaching from theory, I'm teaching from this week.

I'm direct, I don't do jargon, and I'm genuinely allergic to AI hype. If a tool doesn't actually save you time or sharpen your thinking, I'll say so.

What I care about is that people leave training feeling capable and confident - not overwhelmed, not bamboozled by tech-speak, and not clutching a set of prompts they'll never use again.

Every session is tailored to your team's real work. That's non-negotiable.

If you feel like you're still using Microsoft Office like it's 1995 while your workload has tripled and your team has shrunk, it’s time to talk. The AI tools are there, they’re proven and ready to handle the heavy lifting that's stealing your brain space.

Ready to stop doing everything yourself?

Let's talk.
